She has used her Model II since it came out, which was when, 1976? Anyway, I intend to get Kermit to transfer files between the Model II and the PC. I have noticed that Scripsit on the Model II stores documents in a single file called DOCUMENT/CTL. Then documents can have insanely long names with absurd characters in them. Is this true? I would transfer the file called DOCUMENT/CTL and whatever other files are needed (hopefully none) and do the conversion of file into documents on the PC.
