I have decided to hold back the release of Ver. 3.
Version 3 will be my last public release of
Comon TeX. Since TeX is in use worldwide, 
it is important that I not hasten a release. 
The fact that it runs nicely on an AT is
not sufficient cause to release a new version.
I am currently very involved im making Ver. 3
as fine as I possibly can.
