We here at Clemson are about to become part of the internet community.  I need
to know if we should allow upper and lower case in our host table?  My previous
experience with the internet tells me that we shouldn't however my higher ups
require that I gather information as to the "standard."  Wouldn't allowing
upper and lower case create confusion?  NIC is monocase, right?
