I recall prior discussion on the net about this issue.  How long (man/woman
- months) does it take to port UNIX S5R3 to a new M680x0 system?
--- If the team has done a prior UNIX-like port?
--- If the team has not done a port before?
--- And which areas are the most time-consuming? (terminal drivers, memory
management, etc.)
