(I wish Berkeley would grab those changes and make "no-page-zero" images the *default*; if you have old stupid code, you can ask the linker to make it a "zero-at-location-zero" image. For that matter, I wish AT&T would make "no-page-zero" images the default on *their* machines, etc., etc..)
