Consider this a scream. I would like to get a server implementing a subset of the X protocol running on a big Vax and driving one or more vt220s. Obviously, the window manager talking to this server will not have access to a mouse at all, so there must be an alternative method of giving it ANY COMMAND from the keyboard! Mike, would your twm work on our Vax 8650 -- assuming that I had a vt220 X server, of course? By the way, does anyone have such a server? I have had a go at cutting out the graphic and mouse dependent parts of the X11 protocol, but have not attempted an implementation because I do not have version 11 of X. --------------------------------------------------------------------- Leonard Vanek phone (416) 475-0525 Geac Computers International 350 Steelcase Rd.
