The only company around seems to be IMPAK, a CAD-CAM reseller based in California. The contact there is a Mr. Greg Houston, 415-651-7373. The general experience with this company seems to be that it is very difficult to get hold of Houston, he doesn't return phone calls, he delays weeks or months getting a quote in the mail to you, etc., but if you keep at it you may eventually get a firm offer from them. Good luck.
