We're connecting a LaserWriter, in "special" mode, to a couple of systems
and running into a problem when we send it ASCII text.  The top of the
first line is cut off.  I know the engine can't print to the top of the
page, but how do we tell the LW (actually a plus) to start the first line
low enough for the whole character to print?  Please don't tell me we have 
to send a blank line at the top of every page!
