I've been struggling with this problem off and on for several months.
We are using the Transcript package (sans Ditroff) on a Vax 750/4.2 BSD
with an Apple LaserWriter.  Several of our users have a need to print
documents on legal-size paper, and we have a legal-size tray
for the laserwriter.

The problem is, I cannot discover the proper combination of 
ptroff/troff/pscat/lpr options to make the laserwriter print
properly on 14-inch paper.  The documents are formatted
correctly for long paper, but the laserwriter barfs.

Has anybody out there had any better luck?
