Lately, messages sent to .EDU sites(through WISCARPA) arive minus the first few lines of text. 2. GMAIL is written in DCL and therefore is slow, especially when there are a lot of users on. Is there any way to cure problem 1? Does anyone know of a similar package, preferably in the public domain (or else cheap), that is faster? FORTRAN sources would be ideal.
