Now they frequently have problems trying to CONNECT to DECSAs with NCP from non-area routing hosts on the Ethernet. The error message is: LINE COMMUNICATION ERROR - OPEN LINE ERROR I'm sorry if the information about this problem is sparse. We would however appreciate any speculation as to what could cause this problem. It appears to be rather sporadic (i.e. they reproduce it constantly but never at will.) Thank you in advance.
