     Recently there was an article on the above subject and I have
written to the author for the program and have not received any reply. Most
probably, our mailer could not reach him.    A later article from him
indicated that he has sent the programs to the people who have requested
it. If anybody on this net has received a copy, will he please send me
me a copy of it?
