Actually, the second one is called DMI, not DMF. Unfortunately, I don't know of any DMI compatible interfaces for VAXen. You might consider running a data PBX separately, as many people do. Equinox, for example, makes a very nice data PBX with cards that slide into a Unibus and give you lots of ports with little wiring. Most people I have talked to see little advantage in running voice and data over the same PBX.
