I am looking for a Pascal Interpreter which will operate under the
VAX/VMS environment. This would be used for an introductory programming
course, so ease of use and interactive debugging are more important 
than efficiency.

We are currently using WATCOM Pascal from the University of Waterloo, but
I would like to investigate alternatives.
