All BITNET Info- Vax mail (should) come through WISCVM as a single copy which is then distributed by the Listserv Network. Going across the Atlantic, then *should* be only _one_ copy of Info-Vax which is redistributed by European listserves. Considering the fact that I know of no EARN-ARPA gateways, your suggestion won't help at all, and in fact will only increase traffic on the BITNIC-EARN link. G'day -Don Hosek
