Using the Wollongong implementation, we send save sets through FTP.  The
following preparation is necessary.  When preparing the save set in a disk
file, specify /BLOCK=<less than 10K.  (One can safely also set /NOCRC and
/GROUP=0, something I wouldn't recommend for tape.) When PUTting the save set,
specify "binary" and "record" to FTP.
