Kevin,

  Sure enough, the source fiche are not distributed after VMS 4.4.  In order
to get the fiche you have to order two things.  First you need to purchase
a full distribution of the fiche (I know you already have one, but DEC doesn't
know that).  The order number of the VMS 4.5 source is QL001-FR and the price
is $550.00.

  You then have to add the fiche update service to your existing software
support contract.  This is something your software support rep should handle,
I think the order number is QL001-KR, but don't take my word for it.  If
you still have problems I can give you the name of the person at the L.A.
office that helped me with this.  The price for the update service
is $221.00 a year.  Make sure you give them the hardware number for the
machine that has the primary VMS license at your site, or things will get
really screwed up.

  I ordered all of this stuff on Jan, 15th, and I still haven't seen anything,
but my I'm hoping.
