Sorry to those who've requested ARC 5.12 for VMS for not answering your
messages. I've received a few, and I'm just sitting on them for a little
while gathering my convoluted thoughts on who, what, and how. If you sent
a message, assume it made it and I'll act on it. I imagine I could be more
