I DO manage a VAX running VMS DECnet.  I assure you that VMS DECnet is MUCH
easier to handle than RSX DECnet.  As for PSI, I didn't mention RSX/PSI, so
I think it's unfair to compare VMS/PSI to my description of RSX/DECnet.
I had to send this in to defend my honor, but now let's get back to VAX
discussions, that's why I'm on the list.
