Hofmann) just celebrating over finding two relatively hard to find records at BARGAIN (below $4) prices. Well, they were very, very, very, very slightly used (probably Considine promos...) but man, oh, man... 1) Golden Paliminos (1st LP) - this does not wank. Though, it makes for some good dishwashing music, it's also headphone city. I swear the singer from Killdozer must have listened to this at least once. 2) Antetiem - 1st LP on Homestead (HMS 023). Get this for "Good Kirk/ Bad Kirk" - still this is the un-angular type of stuff you probably won't see in Earle's fave list. But if you like folky, type of stuff - kinda how Fetchin' Bones would sound if they didn't wank, get this. Also, "Music From Elba" - their latest is okay. Sounds like X taken to a reciprocal power. Hah. Try and make sense outta that allegory, mates. Jim
