Peter Alfke I had this dream last night where I was sitting with about 20 people on a walkway around this tower in the middle of a desert, and we were all playing percussion instruments and laying down this awesome 20-piece rhythm jam. I was playing one of those flattish Mylar balloons and it had a great tom sound. I just now realized that it probably wouldn't sound like that in real life. Too bad. Anyhow, that was my dream. Oh yeah. There's this sort of interlude between "Society Is a Hole" and "I Love Her All the Time" that sounds unlike anything else on the album (Bad Moon Rising). Is it early SYouth, or some other band or what? It's definitely a piece of a longer song. I thought we had some Soft Boys / Robyn Hitchcock gurus here ... could someone post discography-type info? --Peter Alfke alfke@csvax.caltech.edu I'm a pigworker, mama gonna work my pig on you...
