There's speculation . that the "breakup" is temporary as they cool down a bit from their . road problems. So chip, chip and all that rot. According to the tour manager of the Lyres, the Suns have definitely broken up-- Jeff and Jon reportedly want to go out on their own with the stigma of "Former Mission of Burma drummer" gone. I remember talking to Jon when they played here in Philly and you could tell that he was sick of Pete Prescott getting all the attention because he used to be in Mission of Burma. Oh well, maybe two new godlike bands will come out of this horrible incident.
