As of March 1st, 1987, the Network Information Center (NIC) at SRI will
be taking over ALL assignments of network numbers and autonomous system 
numbers (AS) for the Internet.

Anyone having questions about applications, network number/AS number
assignments, or further information, should contact the Hostmaster at 
the NIC (<HOSTMASTER@SRI-NIC.ARPA>) or call 1-800-235-3155.
