Mick C. agreed to include such suggestion, as I believe he alluded to in his response to the net. DARPA's position is that research should not be hampered by standards, but shoud use them as appropriate to further their research. It may also mean not using them to further their research. The Arpanet is a research network. You can draw your own conclusions from their on my position. dennis -------
