The NIC has received approval from Mike Corrigan to release the
GOSIP document online.  It may be FTPed from the SRI-NIC.ARPA host
using the pathname NETINFO:GOSIP.DOC.  It is 50 disk pages long.
SRI-NIC.ARPA supports "anonymous" login.
