A correction: my TCP/IP code for the IBM PC is NOT in the public domain; I
have copyrighted it. However, I grant blanket permission for NONprofit,
NONcommercial, NONgovernmental, NONmilitary copying and use ONLY.  Amateur
radio, educational and public service applications (e.g., Red Cross) are
fine.

(I really got a kick out of taking something originally developed for the
military and subverting and perverting it for constructive purposes... :-)
