I plan on getting one of those Lee turret reloading presses. The only question I have is about measuring the powder charge. Is one of those powder measuring spoons accurate enough for practice rounds? Where can I get the size I need and should I buy a scale to accurately double check the amount of powder? I'm looking for a cheap way out but there may not be one.
