I am looking for the following telephone rate information:

   Residential: Average and/or median monthly phone bill
		 per income level, per carrier

   Business:    Average and/or median monthly phone bill
		 per company size ( # of employees),
		 per company size ($),
		 per carrier

Regional or nationwide.
Can anybody point me in right direction for such data?
