Multicasting using the "M" or "F" parameter should only work on a specific type of network. What about this one, without the flags: vms:junk::mail vms This construction does not seem to work with us. [Name "vms" is actually a logon entry on a tcp/ip connection on vms (wollogong) and mail should be forwarded to decnet via SMTP (the mail works).] Another method we use now is "readmail -p | mail vms" in a separate crontab but than you need to give "vms" a login entry as well. And you're restricted to a maximum nr. bytes through sendmail. thanks -- Real-Name: Gertjan Vinkesteyn, back in Holland UUCP and other network )\/( in America: ..!seismo!mcvax!mhres!vns connections via mcvax )/\( in Europe: ..!mcvax!mhres!vns
