Summary: comp.std.unix *is* moderated

My latest "checkgroups" message may tell you that the group "comp.std.unix"
is unmoderated.  That is a mistake -- I forgot to mark it in the list.
I thought I had edited the version in our queue before it got transferred
anywhere, but I have just recently found out otherwise.

So, please leave comp.std.unix marked as "moderated."  John Quarterman
is the moderator, and the group used to be mod.std.unix.
