The rest of the discussion aside, Stargate makes sense to me on a dollar
and cents basis.  At current pricing and ignoring economies of scale the
Stargate broadcast is nearly a fourth of the present telephone cost.  It
doesn't carry some of the groups but if I want them I can still get them
from my telephone feed.  With subscription volume the Stargate rates can
go down, the phone bill can not.
