"Harris" is actually the name of an organization who is under the CCEP program developing encryption chips. The branch that is doing this work is Harris Semiconductor in Florida (Melbourne?). I had received some literature at a recent DC show about their HS3447 Cypher1 chip, but cannot recall if this was DES based, or used the high-grade encryption algorithm. I do know they are currently under the CCEP program, but couldn't tell you whether or not those chips are available yet. -- :-- Paul : :UUCP: ...!{decuac, rlgvax, seismo, verdix}!vrdxhq!bisanabi
