I have a surplus catalogue that sells Coleco Adam keyboards.
It says that the output is serial ASCII.

Does this mean that with a UART at the receiving end, I get the
parallel ASCII? If so, at what speed?
Is it upper and lower case?
Is it just 1 character per keystroke (as compared to the PC's
multi-character key-code per keystroke)?
