Ohmygawd - what have I done! I *meant* University Ingres - Berkeley Ingres - Academic Ingres (or whatever it is called, the version numbered 7.10 that is distributed with 4.2bsd). Must be all that time spent in hermetically sealed academic circles :-) Thanks for the information, anyway, Bill. I am given to understand that (a) University Ingres has been ported to 680*0-type machines, but that bugs may be present, and (b) that there is a version 8.? on the 4.3bsd tape.
