Can someone give me a good set of references on LAN networking?  I'm interested
in hooking up terminals, PC/AT/XT's (both as terminals and as workstations),
higher-ended workstations, UNIX, and VMS.  Any references (besides Tanenbaum,
I have that) would be appreciated.
