It doesn't appear that the time it returns is in the proper format. Does anyone know if they have conformed to the standard. Could it be that the bytes are in host order and not network order or backwards and in network order or fliped and rotated then inverted. I think I've tried all the combinations but can't get anything that looks like it maps into the time on the PC. Any pointers anyone has to offer would be greatly appreciated.
