How do different Ethernet terminal servers affect network performance,
user-perceived responce time (especially for editing), network
management, and the company bank statement?

I would like to hear from administrators and users of any Ethernet
terminal servers.  We are about to outgrow our 16 terminal ports, and
already have Ethernet working between two UNIX boxes using a DELNI.
I appreciate the chance to benefit from your previous experiences.
