His return address was unlike any address I have ever seen. This mail is to all, but particularly to you because I feel I should respond. I tried to mail but the mail was returned. My response to the help offered was obnoxious. Sorry for the offense. It was not unique, however. I modeled it after others like it, which is an explanation, not an excuse. In retrospect, I should have taken what I got, the good with the bad, and stay quiet. However, while I was not right for posting such anger, I still think those who posted misinformation should be careful and those who told me that yes, I had a problem, wihtout offering anything close to informative, would have served me better by not responding. Yes, for the type of service I seemed to expect, I should hire someone. Sorry about that. But I think my thoughtlessness was equal to those who responded, not greater.
