When you say something they think about it, take a puff on their pipes, grab a piece of pizza.....munch on it a bit and then say...."Wait a sec....that cant be.....what about this...." and so it goes....another 50 page message gets posted to the list, causing more and more 50 page messages. Personally I think it's great....I have learned more in one year from the nets than I have learned in 5 or 6 years of classes and best of all ---> the nets are friendly AND fun.....and you cant find that in too many neighborhoods in the world.... Also it may have to do with the fact that Un*x people on these lists are the type who spend all night writing a program on one terminal while simultaneously (in the background? :-> ) eating a pizza....drinking a beer.....and playing rogue!!! (at least that's what I do....) 'nuf said..... bye for now but not for long..... Greeny Bitnet: MISS026@ECNCDC Internet: MISS026%ECNCDC.BITNET@WISCVM.WISC.EDU Disclaimer What? Who? Me?
