Newsgroups: mod.computers.laser-printers Distribution: net To: laser-lovers@washington.arpa *** REPLACE THIS LINE WITH YOUR MESSAGE *** Dear Netlanders: I just found out some interesting but probably old! news. The maker of my laser printer is no longer in business. As my subject line suggests it is Corporate Data Sciences. Too bad for them, and worse for me. One of my printers just went belly up, and the other is limping badly. This information was handed down to me through several other people. My attempts to contact Corporate Data Sciences have been futile. Does anyone know how valid this (mis)information is ? If it IS NOT true, CDS please accept my apologies. How can I contact you? If it IS true, does anyone have any information on the inerds of the model CDS 2300 they would be willing to share with me? (i.e. schematics) Or any information on who could service them ? Are they worthy of the time/money? They have served us well and withstood the abuse of many users. This information will help me keep them alive here. thanks in advance.
