This is a request for information about importing blocks
to Silicon Compiler systems.(SCSC,SST,etc.)
Does anyone know of a translator from GDSii to CIF that
is easy to use?
Is there a program for extracting layer nos. and 
property values from these?
Any information on interfacing CALMA GDSii to other
GDSii files?
Any information related to the above questions would
be greatly appreciated.
