Message-ID: <248@homxb.UUCP> Date: Sat, 25-Apr-87 11:30:25 EDT Article-I.D.: homxb.248 Posted: Sat Apr 25 11:30:25 1987 Date-Received: Sun, 26-Apr-87 21:47:54 EDT Distribution: na Organization: AT&T Bell Laboratories, Holmdel Lines: 19 Keywords: ARPANET, UUCP I am a frequent user of electronic mail for internal purposes here at the Labs (Bell that is) and wish to embark on an odyssey outside UUCP. I wish to send Email to an associate of mine who works at BBN and has access to ARPANET. (I am assuming he is connected to ARPANET, correct me if I am wrong.) In a telephone conversation the other day he said his Email address is: XXXXXX@BBN.COM "XXXXXX" has been used to disguise his identity. I am assuming there is a gateway from UUCP to ARPANET and I can use some "path" starting out with a UUCP "path" and terminating with an ARPANET "path". Can anyone help me out?
