	Does anyone know anything about, or has heard anything of, a vectorised
version (for a Floating Point FPS-type beast) of the IMSL banded matrix solver
which uses LU decomposition? It would need to be capable of handling pivoting,
since our matrix is not necessarily symmetric nor positive-definite. Any and
all comments are appreciated.
