A couple of people referred me to Appendix C (or D, depending on how old the manual is) of the VAX Fortran User's Guide. That was not exactly what I had in mind; however I have just found precisely what I wanted. When I unpacked Fortran 4.6 this morning I looked at the Software Product Description (SPD) sheet.
