Info-Vax will be changing over to a Digest format for a short term.
This change is due to problems caused by remote site re-distribution
of the list.  There appear to be several UUCP sites remailing messages
back to the list.  These loops are overburdening our local mail system
in addition to being annoying.  The easiest way to solve this problem
is to set up a digest and remove the offending messages.

When these remote sites solve their problems we will return to the
standard format.
