We have been using and recommending PolyCom/240 or PolyCom/220 for some
time now, and are happy with it.  Cost is about $150 if memory serves.
It also supports an error-free protocol for uploading and downloading a
file (Proprietary protocol, but VAX and PDP implementations are available).
It even supports EGAs.
