Utilities to read DEC-20 DUMPER tapes have appeared on two VAX SIG
tapes:

	[VAX81B.MUDD] DUMPER
		This tape is either tape #2 from the Spring '81 symposium
		or is the Fall '81 tape.

	[VAX85A.RCA.GCEGEN]DUMPER.C
		This tape is from the Spring '85 symposium.
