So I'm interested in software that can convert a single source document into (1) a VAX/VMS .hlp file (2) a TeX input file (Possibly the source document is the TeX input file.) The closest thing I know of is GnuEmacs TeXinfo package which can produce both Emacs INFO files from a specially formatted TeX file. (Also, I believe the RUNOFF can be made to produce both .mem and .hlp files from the same source.) Any suggestions, pointers, solutions?
