Is the gateway code the runs with CAP the same as the appletalk gateway
code which Kinetics distributes with the FastPath.  We just received
our first fast path and I am trying to bring up EFS.  Also, the documentation
mentions a file /etc/atalk.local which 'look' complains if its not there.

What is the format of /etc/atalk.local.
