Someone is remailing the TCP-IP list back to itself.  Until it stops
(it's been happening to several large distribution lists for the past
week or so), I'm going to be hand filtering mail to TCP-IP.  Therefore
there will be an additional delay between the time you send messages to
TCP-IP and the time you can expect to see them.  Hopefully things will be
fixed soon, so I can let the list go back to direct distribution.
